What to expect

Massage therapy in the comfort of your home

What happens when I have a treatment?

On the visit, the therapist will set up the massage couch or reflexology chair and go through the consultation form to determine the client’s health, lifestyle, and expectations of the treatment. The client could specify at this point any preferred combination of areas of the body to be worked on. Please allow an extra 15 minutes for the consultation at your first session.

During the treatment, the therapist will work with any areas of tension as agreed with the client at the consultation.

After the treatment, you may feel a sense of wellbeing and relaxation, some people report having a headache, feeling lethargic, nauseous or tearful but it is important to note that this is temporary and part of the

detoxing and healing process.
